Payment of registration fees (EURO) can be made as follows:

Registration will only be valid upon receipt of the full payment by the registration department according to the deadline indicated. An email confirming registration will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.

Information will be provided by the Registration Department.

Cancellation Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing and sent by email to the Registration Department
- Up to 90 days prior to Congress start – Full refund less €50 handling fee
- Up to 60 days prior to Congress start – 70% refund less €50 handling fee
- Less than 60 days prior to Congress start – No refund
